These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tickly, our iOS mobile countdown application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required in your region) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
- You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the App.
- You agree not to use the App in violation of applicable law or in a way that harms other users or our services.
4. Countdown Information
You are responsible for the dates, labels, and other information you add to your countdowns. Tickly is a planning and countdown tool and does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of any event, deadline, or date you enter.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its branding, visuals, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, or distribute the App or its content except as expressly allowed.
6. Updates and Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We may also release updates that change features or availability.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your place of residence unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer law.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updated Terms are posted means you accept the changes.
